When talking about a customer service and/or shopping experience, most of us tend to do so when we have a very bad experience, rarely do we care to mention a good one. Therefore, I owe Classic Motoring Accessories an apology for taking their excellent customer service for granted and taking so long to acknowledge how delighting it is to shop at their store.
To make a long story short, I placed two orders last week, exactly 20 mins apart, one from CMA, one from Autogeek. Within 12 hours, I got an email from CMA that my order had shipped, as I always do with my orders. Autogeek got back to me 36 hours later and couldn't fulfill part of the order and then another 24 hours of me attempting to contact them via phone and email at which point I just said cancel the entire order. I went back to CMA, placed another order for similar items, 12 hours later...order shipped :xyxthumbs
Had I not wanted to try something new that CMA didn't carry, I would have never shopped anywhere else. Lesson learned, but it made me appreciate CMA even more.
Long live CMA!
