A few pics of my new 'used' car-

YNOT

Poorboys Rules!
Hey everyone. It's been since October of last year that I popped in here. Life's been moving too quickly leaving me less and less time to frequent this place.

Anyway, I had gotten a 2008 Ford Fusion SE back in early October and have since added Tein S-tech springs as well as a set of aftermarket wheels.

In fact, the S-techs just aren't low enough, so I just got a set of ST coilovers so those will be added soon, closing up that ugly fender gap.

Additional plans call for some window tint and possibly a front lip. I'm also toying with either some hand-painted striping or doing a matte black vinyl over the top, pinstriped in a burnt orange color. I've got time on that though, as I don't have much extra cash for now. And I gave her a good detail when I bought her in October, but this spring she'll be getting a real work-over, although she's in pretty good shape overall.

Anyway, for now here are the pics:

Thanks for looking.

Is that an old Celebrity EuroSport in the background, or are my eyes playing tricks on me?

Yeah, that's what that is. It's in bad shape, but the guy just keeps on driving her. She makes all kinds of noise, but I'll be damned if the thing doesn't just keep on going. LOL

Thanks Ron. All is well, how about you?

I don't know what year that is, but that vintage A-Bodies were great cars, small outside, big inside, ran good once you adjusted the carb if it was an 82-85. Although that Chevy 2.8 was kind of a nightmare, the ones with the Buick 3.0 were better but I don't think they ever put them in the Chevy's.

Anyway, sorry I hijacked your thread. That was just an interesting period in GM history, with EuroSports, 6000 STE's, and T-Types, it was when GM seemed to realize that people were buying VW's, Audi's, and BMW's and they needed to compete with that, as unsuccessful as they were.
