3V = teh win

It's time for a ducktail spoiler...

Nope i do not care for them.

check out this site I bought the side louvers and a few other parts from this site

Thanks I have already been to that site along with many others.

I already have the Borla Stingers mufflers in fact those got installed the day i brought her home. The programmer and CAI are next on the list however before those happen i have to buy the Tokico D-Spec shocks since i already have the Eibach Pro Springs. Wheels and tire will be going on this week sometime. They took a lot of the money i had set aside for this car 3k in fact.

What no huffer. The truck gets one and the Mustang just waits?

Well the one i want is like 6k so it will have to wait just like the truck did until i can save that much cash.

Borla = teh win, too.

I have a Borla Catback on my 4.7L Jeep.

Yep Borla is the only exhaust syetm i will run. I have been running the cat back setups since about 1988 when i installed them on my First F-150 and I will never use anything else on my V-8 Powered cars and trucks. The only other Exhaust i would consider would be Magnaflow.
Here is a picture of the 4" Tip that the Borla has along iwth a undercarriage shot.

I pulled up to a stop light behind one of these new Mustangs and looked at the writing on the rear. It said it was supercharged. Sounded awesome. Upon futher inspection I saw red and blue lights on the rear deck. I then pulled up
beside the car after taking off and it was a Kentucky State Trooper. How nice that would be for a cruiser?
Has anybody seen one of these? Are they from the factory?
The name plates appeared to be factory. It said Mustang GT
Supercharged.

I know there was a company in Texas that was adding Superchargers to some of the Mustang last year and also equipping them with various goodies. It may have been one of those. I would imagine that if the Police wanted them that way from the Factory Ford would oblige them after all they have been buying the Crown Vic for a long time.

Love how they tucked the mufflers away on the 05+ Catbacks. I don't care for the stock muffler placement on the new Stangs.

Agreed; but then I do love how an exhaust upgrade is literally a bolt-on modification now. No cutting/welding/etc. to mess with, you can DIY it in the driveway :)

Your Mustang looks great with the Borla and the tinted windows. I agree with you regarding the spoiler, after watching "Wrecks to Riches" and seeing one installed on a 2005 GT for the SEMA show I wasn't impressed. My brother bought a 2006 Pony package edition and the factory spoiler looks good. It can be fun to wax though, a little tight in places. What did you exactly add under the hood? Are you concerned about warranty issues with modifications?

I have a GT on my short list of new cars. The wife wants it too. That helps quite a bit. I think there is a good Mustang tuner shop somewhere here in Houston...

Underhood mods were basically just some nice dress up items. The Plenum Cover and some Chrome Oil and Radiator caps. As for performance mods I do plan on getting a CAI and a SCT Tuner. Not to worried about the warranty issue. I did buy a 7/100k ESP Warranty but have been talking with the dealership and since they sell and install Ford Racing Product if i buy and let them install then the warranty is not effected. Also they really cannot void the warranty unless they can prove that your mod caused an problem. Most dealership are even installing the Saleen Supercharger and giving you the full 3/36k warranty to go along with it. Wheels and tires will be going on the car on Thursday if they show up as planned. I actually had the wheels and many other items in the garage waiting for the car to show up. I also have a set of Eibach Pro Kit Lowering Spring and will be buying the Tokicos Shocks/strut soon. I will of course post pictures when i get these things done.

Thanks for all the information Richard, your Mustang will look great with the new wheels and tires I'm sure. Your color was one I recommended to my brother, he is partial to blue so he ordered the Windveil Blue which is not that common in this area. It looks great on the car and I made sure it was detailed properly. Looking forward to your next update!
