Looks pretty darn good! Do you have any after pics of the distressed spots you took pictures of?

I assume you mean the paint defects ... sorry, I don't have any close ups of those. I forgot to mention that I used a 4" orange foam pad and PC to remove those before the general polishing of the entire vehicle. All but the deepest stuff was removed. The owner admitted he couldn't find them after when he came to retrieve/inspect the vehicle. What remained was only visible from inches away and halogens at the proper angle.

Those are some nice after pics...I always liked that body style of the Lude...so much of an improvement over the previous one IMO. What's going on below the passenger-side door handle in the before pics? I thought it was a spot where the paint had been chipped away, but I didn't notice it in the after pics?

That color is Eucalyptus Green Pearl, I think. Odd name, considering it isn't very green. I do love it though.

it doesn't look like a ten year old car anymore, those are some really good results you got there...nice job

There was a lot of scuffs in the paint .... I spot polished those with a 4" foam pad until they weren't noticable. I didn't remove the deepest damage, but I made it far less visible.

I just noticed the last two replies are from Newfoundland and Iceland .... pretty cool :woot2:

Sometimes I lose track of how the internet and forums like this have brought other parts of the world to our desktops and literally fingertips.

I hope it's not too cold for y'all way up north.

Without this forum, my detailing regimen would be alot less efficient, and Id probably be using only Mothers or Meg's.

It's much too cold :) We don't have it EXTREMELY cold here, 20-32F on average for most of the winter. Our biggest problem is high precipitation and lots of wind (although this is all year long:) )
