Good friend of mine let me borrow his 'Vette for a few days. I've maybe driven it a total of an hour since Monday, I spent 6:40a.m. to 12:30p.m. detailing this sucker this morning, then ended up stripping the whole hood again because I didn't like how it came out, which meant another two hours to straighten it up. It was a tricky detail for me...
I only took a few didn't put my boot on since I have to take it on and off to drive, so I just limped around to take pictures lol. (Long story short I got hurt early May thanks to my horse, who reared and flipped over on me 1,100 lbs of horse, shattered my weight bearing bone in my ankle and only started walking 2 weeks ago)
I have to say this is one fun car, he says I can drive his 4-4-2 next
I wasn't able to get any before pictures, I wish I had because while I was using M205 on the hood you could see the clarity in the red really shine, it was very mildly oxidized.
It goes to the drag strip tomorrow for a few runs as is my GTP.
