95 BMW hellrot singe stage paint?

I have a 95 BMW m3 that someone hit and left so now i have to pay my deductable to have repaired. Can anyone tell me if my paint is singe or dual stage paint?



Here are a few pic of the damage. I'm so mad right now, people need to take responsibility for their actions.

Hellrot is clearcoated, Mugello isn't. If you take some polish and use it on your car and you get some red paint on the pad, it isn't clearcoated. If you are sure you have Hellrot though, it is clearcoated. In 95 though Mugello and Hellrot looks very similar.
