93 Eagle Talon, Clearcoated yes or no?

I am going to be detailing a friends talon for him and was just wondering if it is clearcoated or not?

I havent had a chance to test it yet.

I had a 91 which was. Do not see why follow on years would not be.

It could depend on the colour. My 1995 Volvo is clear coated, but the non-metallic colours for that year aren't.

Really? My parents' late-eightys white Volvo is clear coated.

Yes it is clearcoated! All of the DSM cars from 89 to present are clearcoated regardless of color.

Just did a 93 Talon, not sure if it was clearcoated, but the black paint would come off a little even with a hand applicator.
