This job had made me a legend! lol-- Did it friday night and she picked it up saturday morning --I have booked 5 folks from her car cleaning alone and we are talking $175 and up soccer mom full detail jobs! This lady had a notoriously filthy car! Coke had caramelized on the console and floor boards! the carpet had years and years of stuff on them! 3 kids and it looks like they ate every meal in the car and used the seats for a plate! I honestly thought of calling children's services on her for letting the rug rats ride around in such filth! But hey--I buckled down and me and my partner had it clean and out the door in about 7 hrs--Had to use every trick in the book--and make up a few! see if this looks like a descent job-- told her to bring it back and for a 100 more i would die the seats and carpet if she likes--she was ecstatic to say the least.

first the befores

Not just the interior correct? Man gloves work out very well whenever I deal with interior or messy products. Good stuff!

nope--we did a full detail on it--but the outside wasn't much to complain about--buff, wax, cleaned and dressed the motor--but The hubby actually washed and waxed it every once and awhile so it freaked me out when i looked inside--glad i opend the door on this one before i priced it--and lets just say her face got real red when i pulled up the floor mats  --and yes the gloves where a must on this one--

Nice work! Man I think Ill go and take a shower now after loking at those dirty pics. I can only imagine what it smelled like. :hurl

Ive had some cars like that in the past. Makes you wonder what there house looks like. "Would you like a glass of water. No thank you ill just suck up some of the guter water".

great job, it does make you wonder about the home P U GROSS, that was a tough one and you did it well but thoses b4's :eek :eek

thanks--the stains irked me to death--but one of her children had Asama--so i couldn't use any type of a strong lacquer solvent on the seats or carpet -- and couldn't dye them because they where leaving on a trip saturday night--so thats as good as i could get with elbow grease.

Wow, nice work. I would think gloves are most when working with a haz mat car like this.

Did you use an extractor?
What other precautions did you take when cleaning the car as one of children had a health issue? Not to said durogatory, but I would think a dirty interior could cause issues with the childs asthema.

Don't you just hate when you reach into the bag of tricks and all grab is the bottom of the bag.

I seen plenty of soccer vans in my lifetime. All these kids crammed in a van EATING and DRINKING on the way to soccer or any other event. Not to mention the spills and stepping on the food and grinding the food into the carpet. IT A NITEMARE.The interior is a 5 hour job alone.

lol--thats why i kept thinking children's services--and the extractor is basically all I used--some solvent could have got the stains--but I didn't wanna risk it- when i first looked at it--i asked the question of asthma--explained about the stains not probably coming out and then priced the job. I guess some folks just don't care about things like a clean car.

Holy Crap! I can't belive the before/after shots of that one. Real nice work man. I would have set fire to it and explained that I just did her a favor.

I don't understand how people can drive around in filth traps like that. It makes me feel dirty to ride in a dirty car. I can't imagine these people's other habits. In any case, very good work with the car. The lady should have given you a BIG tip.

That car looks so much better.
Yea, she should have been embarased when you pulled up the floor mats!

I hope you showed her the nasty water you sucked out of the carpet!

Have you ever tried Folex? It is a biodegradebale carpet cleaner that you can get at Home Depot. It is completely odorless and I have taken some tough stains with it. I don't think it would bother a chemically sensitive client.
