my small collection, working on adding some more orange/white pads. lake country CCS on left, hex logic set on right. picked up a set of hex logic off amazon on sale a while back and ive been impressed. feels like better quality and the backing has an exact fit to the backing plate so you dont have to guess if its centered or not. i believe buff and shine makes hex logic pads?

I have quite a few different pads. For heavy cutting I like Tuf Buf black wool pads and Megs microfiber cutting discs. For AIO's and finish polishing I like Buff&Shine flat pads. I typically use orange, green and black. The durability of B&S pads are great. Thats what I like now days, but always looking for better options.
Really looking forward to the new B&S pads

EDIT: cant figure out how to make the pics show up in the post instead of just thumbnails. Using an Ipad.

I don't have a picture of my pads, but Buff and Shine is my favorite. They work well and are built to last. I have some of each color. The yellow and orange work great with HD cut or 101. The white or green pads work great with HD polish or 205. I use the red pads for applying Poxy or waxes. I have been very pleased with the performance, quality, and pricing of all their pads.

Adam's pads are my favorite aka Buff n Shine! I have 2 sets of orange and white 6.5 inch pads and 1 lonely orange 5.5 inch pad, but it is not Buff n Shine :(
I have several 4 inch pads in white orange and green.

I started with LC CCS pads, then switched to the flat pads (5.5), orange/white/blue, which have worked great for me. The flat pads really help me dial in correction on my Da.

However I would love to compare the B/S pads. I have been flirting with buying some on my last couple orders.

I like the Lake Country VC pads. They hold up nice on the urathane paint. Also, Sm. Arnold had a nice selection on pads that work good and that hold up nice. Also like the Maguire's pads
I do want to try these pads. I hear alot of good about them and I need some that can take a beating

One of my favorite and most unforgettable pads so far are the CarPro Denim Orange Peel Removal pads, because I corrected/removed/leveled the orange peel on my car with them in only two steps! They cut like sand paper and leave a high gloss finish that just needs a follow-up polish and LSP.

...most of my pads:

Favorite pads so far are the Cyan hydro tech pads. Good strong correcting power with an excellent finish! I'm amazed at what I've been able to do with this pad when used with HD speed.

My favorite pads aren't a single type, but a size! I love 3'' pads. Something very satisfying about having the appropriate size pad and machine to get into every area on a car. Here are some of mine... I have a special fondness for the 3 inch microfiber pad.

I also love me some B&S Microfiber 5.5 inch pads.

My pad arsenal includes Meguiar's, Buff & Shine, LC and Edge. Favorites are both the LC Dual Density and the B&S. Both are extremely durable, do the job and clean up well. Don't have any of the B&S Flat Pads, so I welcome the opportunity to give them a ride.
Thanks for another cool giveaway!

For a GG style DA, Meguiars new thin foam discs are my favourite as they offer great cut and finish and provide better rotation on curves.
I also use the 5.5inch BNS pads that are very sturdy.
Recently I used scholl spider pads on a German paint and they cut like a champion and finished like one one too.
In MF category, only used Meguiars and they are great.
Venturing into more pads e.g. Thin wool discs, foamed wool etc

Well Im glad i don't have to put up a picture because i don't have many. I have a few and they are all from Turbowax. When i bought my buffer (which i have not got yo use yet) it came as a bundle. So i don't have any input on which i like better.
But at least this thread will be useful when choosing more pads lol

The Lake Country Hydrotech Pads are my favorite so far. They correct well, they are durable, finish out well, clean easily, and have solid hook and loop interface.

Lake Country is all I have used. They work well and hold up for me.

My favorite pads I like are DRCs. They cut and finish out well. But since they aren't offered in many sizes. ......
I started using the Rupes polishers with the Rupes pads and polishes. Still need to try the a UHS system but have everything.
The DRC pads I'm going to try on my rotary.
LC Flats stink on my Rupes mini and the LC flat 5.5" I haven't used since i got the Rupes pads.

Rupes Pads right now because I am having a little love affair with my Duetto and I wanted to be pad and polisher system connected at least.

All around Lake Country CCS pads are my value jam.

Right now i have just a couple of lake country ccs pads. Mostly 5.5 a few 6.5. I need to get more even with autopias awsome gift of a handful of pads with my griots polisher during a mystery gift sale. :autopia: I'll see if i cant find the time to get a pic when i get home tommorow. Is there a brand of pads that you guys would reccomend to a newbie like me?

Hybrids, Hydrotechs, HD, Flats, Megs MF, B&S MF, CCS, etc....Lake Country Hd pads are probably my favorite. I enjoy my Rupes pads also, but just wish they were more durable.
