#7 Application...?

The first time I applied #7, I found it not to be the easiest to buff off! Yesterday, I applied some SMR, then #7, then S100. I decided to try with the PC (white polishing pad) this time, and much to my pleasant surprise, buffing off was easier. I'm just wondering if it did it correctly though.

If using a PC, what speed would you use to apply 7, and how many passes over one area would you make? Would you work it in, or should it NOT be worked in at all? Once pass, and then buff?

Opinions, thoughts appreciated...

I always start to apply it at speed #3 and then work my way upto #5.

I keep going over the area I am working on until the product starts to try/haze. Just like working a polish in.

I then buff off the section and if it is little steaky than wipe it down with a damp towel.

I find it much easier to remove after using the PC too. I think it's because with the PC you don't use so much product. Just a little on the pad and it glides along smoothly working it in. With a foam applicator, I always find it feels grabby if I only put a little on. So, that usually causes me to put more on it. So usually I end up applying way too much and it's a pain to get off.

Here's a trick try spraying the foam pad with a little detailing spray it helps in the spreading of the #7 around the area. Not to much just a little.
