lots of different things going on with this Impala. Some single stage, some base coat/clear coat, some panels were original, some horribly repainted.. i fought and learned. always challenging my skill set and looking to improve.

VERY cool....that was top dawg in 1960 with the 335 HP 348 ci engine. My mother had a four door post with the straight six and powerglide. It couldn`t get out of its own way.

283, ran strong. never had to mess with the gas pedal, just fires right up
i only did paint work on this vehicle, he tries to keep up with everything else. had to help him readjust his thinking with paint. using MF towels, waterless wash, etc...

Kinda thought it might have been the 283 CID. The 348/409’s were way cool but the the 283 really opened the door for the famous SBC.
