56 Chevy corrected and coated-Tampa Fl

I don’t normally go mobile but when it July in Florida and the customer lets you use his air conditioned shop you tend to make exceptions.
Over all condition was not that bad. Paint was corrected with Griot’s Fast Correction Cream with Meguiars burgundy disk. In some spots I had to jump up to a microfiber cutting pad. Getting the paint to finish down took me awhile to find a combo I was happy with but I finally settled on Rupes yellow pad with Optimum Hyper polish. All work was done with Rupes Mark11 15. Polish was removed using an ONR soaked towel to prevent any scratches on the soft black paint. Then wiped down with Optimum Paint Prep and coated with 2 coats for Gloss Coat. After the coating cured I applied Dodo juice blue velvet.

Now that`s some deep black paint. Awesome work. 55-57 Chevys are among my favorite cars.
