5 Star Shine

I don't post there anymore, but look at this quote:

I tried it and it has lived up to the its claims. I have had it on my car for 9+ months now and haven't washed it with anything other than water and a wash mitt. The dirt, bugs (those are the biggest nuisance), tar, sap, and general road grime come off with a few swipes similar to a dry marker board. My car looks just as good and shiny as when I first applied it.

Y'know what? I have a really good memory for having read something that I've read before. That's a planted quote, I've read that before, and not at the Honda forums, because I've never been there. I'll find it, if I remember to. But that's a plant.

Ahhh....the infamous 5 Star Shine rears its ugly head! I helped apply this 'wonder product' to my friend's '97 Mazda 626....I was very, very unimpressed. The interesting thing is that he said the first several times he washed it afterwards, it was super slick. But by the fourth washing, it had already begun to lose its slickness. Definitely look before you leap with this product.

what is funny, and flawed about the quote is that a dry erase board can be hard to maintain, and sometimes it is difficult to remove the markings from it if it is not kept up properly. oh well, it gave me a laugh.
