5" pads for rotary?

I am looking to pick up a bunch of new pads and was wondering if anyone uses 5" (flat) or 5.5" (CCS) pads instead of the 6.5" pads on their rotary? Or should I just stick with the 6.5" flat or CCS pads? I have a ton of 4" pads already so Im not worried about getting into tight places with them.

I use 5.5 and 6.5. Tighter/curved spots are better with the 5.5 and flat larger panels, get the 6.5. You can use the same BP for both BTW

I'd suggest the CCS pads. They work great on a rotary.

YES!!! I recently just found out how great the LC 5.5" low-profile pads work on a rotary. I like it MUCH better than using the 6.5" standard profile. In fact, I don't even like using the LC 6.5" CCS pads on the rotary. For 6.5", I prefer Meg's pads.

I'd suggest the CCS pads. They work great on a rotary.

+1, from my few attempts to date the 5/5.5" CCS pads have worked nicely. Easy to manuever
