5 months old TW: still beading on 24/7 outside car, but

I waxed my 1992 Mercedes 300D 2.5 liter turbo diesel, arctic white, 257 thousand miles now (at the time of writing this article), in May with Turtle Wax F21â„¢ Car Polish paste.

In early September, water was still beading well on my car.

I touched up the rear-facing surface near exhaust with Zymol Cleaner Wax in July because it had slight stain that could not be removed by ordinary washing. In early September, that surface had similar stain on that area.

The car has been outside all the time. My car ran about 7000 miles in New England area in the US from May to early September.

At the waxing in March before the TW waxing in May, I used Meguiars Deep Crystal System Polish (step 2).

I used wax enhancers (spray waxes) several times (approximately 4 times total) during May and September.

Average washing interval (including very sloppy self washing, and a few automatic washing) was approximately a little less than 2 weeks.

My complaint:

At the waxing in early September, I found several tiny black dots on white paint that could not be removed even with about 80 times of wiping with Meguiars ScratchX.

Any suggestion?
