4 week Wolfgang update w/Pics

4 weeks ago to this day, I did the following to my mom's 2000 Camry:

-Wash

-S100 paint cleaner w/a PC + white polishing pad

-Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant via finishing pad

The car has not been washed since, nor has it gotten any attention as far as maintaining the finish (no QDing, etc). The car is kept outside 24/7 and is frequently driven on the highway (lots of bugs).

Today I washed with Eagle One WET, and the paint was still beading very nicely, and was still very slick.

Here's some pics before it was washed.

Overall, I am very happy with Wolfgang. I am very surprised that it lasted this long (especially in this environment with no attention) after seeing all of the durability issues people have had with it. Still very very slick as well.

Jason seems to think everyones durability issues have to do with the condition of water used to maintain. Could be why your results are so good. Seems weird that the rest of the country has different results though.

Don't get me wrong...I like the look and durability has been decent for me too, but the slickness does diminish quicker than it should.

I haven't had any durability issues with Wolfgang, whether I use QEW or conventionally wash vehicles.

BTW, that hood/fender shot (1st pic) really shows how wet the paint looks.

i am very happy with the wolfgang sealant. my car still beads and looks deep and glossy months after the 1st 2-3 coats :xyxthumbs
