Legacy99- Got a link? I'm curious....I'm guessing they came out with a whole new plate as I couldn't see recutting the larger one that much.

Legacy99- Thanks for that link. Yeah, it appears they cut the regular plate down as much as feasible and yeah#2 that'd make it OK for 5" pads but not 4" ones (at least not with idiot-proof safety). That's about the limit I'd determined would be OK, and since I don't use 5" pads via Flex I just skipped the whole turning-down project, but for those who do have/like 5-5.5" pads it oughta be great.

YW..the 4" bp is 43/8" so a 4" pad will not work. Need a 5" pad.
