3m Perfomance Finish

I know there were some threads concerning this product a while ago on here about how people were finding it at big lots for cheap. My local big lots didnt have any, but another local store here had them for 3.99 a bottle. I bought one to try it and I must say that so far i'm very impressed. Easy on and easy off and leaves a very slick smooth reflective finish. I havent had it on any vehicles long enough to say much about longevity yet, but for price and ease of use i will continue to use it. Has anyone else used this? and if so what are your thoughts?

I bought 6 bottles of it back when the Big Lots stuff came out. I've had it on my car since then, about 4 months now, and it really looks great. I was also impressed by how easy it went on and came off and it looks good on the car. It's still beading after these 4 months and it seems to repel dirt pretty well.

Overall it seems to be a fantastic deal for the price.

Pretty long lasting beads for me. I use it for my DD. Nowhere near as good looking as some of the boutique lines, but for the price, it's pretty good protection.

FWIW, Ollie's Bargain Outlet has this stuff for $2.99 now. They also have some Sonax Nanowax for $1.99.

3MPF is great stuff even at full retail of $15 or so. Great shine, great beading and great durability. At $3, a true no-brainer!

I've had it on my car for about 3 months now. Migrating crow crapped all over the car and it sat for about a week before I could wash it. All of the bird crap came off with just a blast of the hose. Great deal for only $3.

After 3 months...

My car is STILL beading like crazy, and that's after at least 5 months. I'm really impressed with this stuff. I'm pretty sure it's outlasted the 2 coats of KSG I put on my wife's car around the same time.

Wow, I'm going to be doing a sealant war on my ML, if I get the same results as you guys, it might be a winner, regardless of price.

It's a winner in the functional sense, but not in the pretty sense. Good enough for my daily driver that sits outside, but not on my show cars.

In playing around with it, it doesn't have much "POP" but how does it hold up over time? Consistant looks?

Yeah, looks about the same. Like I said, it fails on looks, but good enough for daily drivers where I'm not really looking for pop.
