3M P3 machine glaze

After reading all the excellent reviews about what a great swirl remover this is I decided to get some while I was at the autobody supply store today. I alos got a gallon of FD($21), a gallon of APC+($17) and some #16($9). Anyway I almost soiled myself when I heard the total, $78????? Looked at the receipt and the P3 MG was $28.95!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This stuff better polish itself for that price! Is that a "fair" price?

On a side note, I tried a bit of the #16 when I got home. Definitely has a nicer, warmer and deeper look than Collinite 476, spreads very easy and was easy to remove. The only downside is the smell.

That price was for a quart (32 Fl oz.), I hope.

That's $14.50 per pint (16 oz).

Menzerna Final Polish is $14.95 per pint (16oz.).

1Z polishes are $12.95 per 500ml (16.9 oz).

P21S Paintwork Cleansing Lotion is $12-$13 per 11.8 oz.

3M PIIIMG is a great product.

3M PI-3 is an excellent product. There's no fillers so you're guaranteed to get what you see. Polishes to a flawless finish and can be waxed immediately after.

LightngSVT- If you got a quart that's a fair price. I pay a little over $25 mailorder, but then I have to pay shipping too.

Gee, you don't like the smell of #16? MMMM, crayons.....

I think I paid like $32

It Seems to contain fillers in my experience. (plus it is a dark grey color further indicating a pigmented filler)

From the front of the bottle of Perfect-It III Machine Glaze: "Swirl mark remover (non-filling)". I know you can't believe everything you read, but I honestly don't think 3M (a pretty reputable mfr., IMO) would blatantly lie on the front of the bottle . . .

I must have some repressed childhood memories because I dont really like the crayon smell.
Too bad . . . every time I open up S100, #16, or PB Natty's paste, I get that grade school memory of cracking open the fresh 64 pack for the year. Mmmmmm, waxy! </Homer>
