3D Ceramic Touch Sio2 Spray Coating

Ok I watched it. Yup similar to their ceramic. 3D ceramic coating is good for those that like sheeting. But it’s a bit underwhelming in other areas.

I saw Sandro`s review of the 3D coating (glass bottle one not spray) and it didn`t look that great. However, a few people posted on FB/YT videos of the results they had with it and it looked great. For one individual, at 22 months it was beading like crazy. Drastically different results. I`m wondering if Sandro didn`t get a recent formulation. Either way, I think this coating may be better than I had initially thought.

Not sure if you`ll be able to view this:

Sandro`s review is on point. His experience is the same as mine when it comes to the 3D coating. It is not good in comparison to other coatings. It is steps behind. I mentioned this to Mike some time ago and I am sure he did not pass it along. It is not a hydrophobic coating in terms of beading and lacks in self cleaning giving the appearance of the car being more dirty. It tends to sheet more just as Sandro captures it. It needs a topper of some sort to be hydrophobic (beading). Given the price point it is not worth it at 3o ml after the price skyrocketed from ~$50 to ~$80.

Thanks Guz. I was surprised by the two recent videos I`ve seen of it. Maybe they were using toppers but it looked a million times better than what I saw on Sandro`s video of it.

I never posted a video on it but I might have to. I think I still have some left to apply.

Similar results to Sandro and The Guz. - I ended up giving away a barely touched bottle (I had already coated a Tesla with another bottle. I bought two in a good sale)
