3 OptiSeal Details: 2004 XC90,1996 Tacoma, and 04 Range Rover

Hey guys,

Just thought I'd post these details along with my review of OptiSeal. Really, this is a product that will be one of my top 3 for a while. The ease of use, time, and amazing result really make this product a perfect 10. As an avid AW user, this stuff really blows it out of the water, as well as JW AJT. Seriously, nothing compares to this. This being said, I have not tried Clear Seal, but I bet its not like this!

The look of this sealant is amazing, in that it has the wetness and depth a carnauba, the gloss, flake pop and reflections of a good sealant. It really tops anything without being finicky, and added quote a bit visually to each car ive used it on. Durability is to be determined. This stuff gets an A++ in my book!

Heres my process for the Tacoma and the XC90:

-Wheels cleaned with Megs Brushes and WB/ pH leveled with EO bucket free

-Tires and Wells with HiTemp Tire Cleaner 1:1

-Wheels got hit with PB's Wheel Sealant, and tires got Hyper Dressing cut 2.5:1, with the wells recieving the same, as well as the ext trim.

-Wash with DG901 and Eurow Sheepskin (2 Bucket)

-Clayed with Megs and DG wash as lube

-OC via orange EDGE 2000 @ 1600 RPMS on the Hitachi

-PoliSeal via blue SONUS on PC on 6 (on windows also)

-OptiSeal applied following PoliSeal with inclu. applicators

-Final wipe down with CK's Quick Shine and WCD towels

Enjoy!!!

All look really good! Love the beading shot too. :)

Since I wash with ONR, I don't get to see the beading unless I happen to drive past a customer's car on a rainy day. I ended up putting OS on my trunk lid yesterday since it is supposed to rain tomorrow and I want to see how it beads!

I like the beading shot as well nice work.

We will wait have to see what the durability will be a few months down the road.

Thanks guys, and Scott, the beading shot was taken not after misting the hood, but after a jet rinse from the hose. Pretty impressive!

And btw, looked even better the next morning!!
