My brother in laws friend has a 27' fishing boat, it was shrink wrapped this past winter, and marred the finish on the hull. Its dark blue.. and the marks go across the entire length of both sides of the boat. They aren't deep and seem like surface marks, white in color. I was thinking ssr2.5 with a yellow pad.... anyone know of anything better to use? If I were to even tackle this job, how much do you think I should charge him?
