I talked to Tim about this subject, he said they were lucky as to not have the ones that linted. I sent him a linty one and he confirmed he didn't have a linty kind.
Some people have different views on how much lint is a lot of lint. The linty ones I tested had millions of fibers come off that you could clearly see. The latest ones have very few that can be swept away and it virtually doesn't lint as you wash them.
You shouldn't have any problems.

Tim from Tacscar now has the high quality MF towels in stock. I just got mine a couple of days ago. When I initially ordered Tim wrote me a nice note saying that the batch of MFs that he had just received were not of the high quality that he sells. So I had to wait a little longer to get the quality MFs but I really appreciated Tim's honesty and quality control. It was worth the little extra wait and Tim didn't charge my CC until he shipped the product. Great product and great customer service, Tim! :up

Hey Steve, did the bad batch of MF actually lint a lot when buffing off wax or just when wiping the windows?

Hey Steve, did the bad batch of MF actually lint a lot when buffing off wax or just when wiping the windows?
I would say yes, but remember my car's silver. You could definately see (and feel and hear!) the bad ones from the good ones. I imagine on a black car it would be quite annoying.
They also did not as good in the CD test, which doesn't say much for scratchability but does say a lot for quality.
BTW, better towels are coming out across the board, look for them soon.

Don, I agree. I ordered something that was out of stock once and they gave me a call to explain everything and asked if I still wanted it. Super friendly service.
