So the landlord of my buddies tint shop owns a construction business in the same building complex. He had just purchased this new 2019 Denali about a month ago. He had my buddy tint it and do some Xpel PPF on the nose. He then wanted something to help protect it on the job sites. Enter IGL Eclipse High Temp industrial coating. This stuff is really a game changer in the professional/commercial market.
So the game plan was to correct and fix any dealer prep issues and coat pretty much everything in Eclipse. Now here is the kicker. I was on a short deadline and had to work at night in his shop down the road to get this thing done. After mentally prepping myself it was game time!
Thankfully he is pretty meticulous about his trucks and equipment so it really wasn`t too dirty. The first evening I worked from 4:30 to 10:30pm and got a ton done. Wheels, prepped and coated along with any visible suspension. And I was able to do a quick 2 step correction to get it up to snuff. The next day I worked from 9:30 to 12:30 and got it buttoned up.
Prep/Decon
