2018 Honda with severe DISO

This 5 day old car came with an owner in tears! Apparently the dealership ignored the request to not touch the car and when they scratched it tried to fix it! One of the worst I’ve seen in awhile. 2 correction steps using Griot’s fast cut cream and a microfiber pad on the 15. Refined with perfecting cream on the yellow perfecting pad. Finished with Griot’s Poly Wax. Long day! Thanks for looking!

Unacceptable. How does that happen? Must be worn out/dirty brushes. You would think manufactures would hold their dealers to a certain standard when it comes to delivering new cars.

I hope the customer was wiping away away tears of happiness when you showed the results of the “way better than new” Honda:)

Excellent work Mike!

I am sooo glad when we picked up our 2017 Accord over the Memorial Day weekend, it came from the port and not from the lot. The paint was perfect (well 160 miles of summer time Florida bugs), and only needed a good wash and some Adam`s H2O Guard & Gloss for protection.

Dealership doesn`t care about how it looks. Half way clean and out the door. They made there money and that is it
