As many of you are aware the forum offers a chatroom that 3D and Tounch Goren provide for members every Wednesday evening at 8:00 EST. This is a great opportunity to interact with other members on a host of subjects both related to detailing and whatever else may be on your mind. The content may be a little adult orientated at times but it's usually quite fun and informative. If by chance you may have tried it in the past but didn't think the discussion contained anything you were interested in then drop in again and express what topics you WOULD be interested in seeing discussed. With a little effort we can all benefit from this. Looking forward to seeing a lot of new faces Wednesday at 8:00 est .
 
Thanks for posting this Paul! I would definatley like to promote the chatroom more and will.



I think we need to start considering certain topics as well as guest speakers to make things more interesting.



What are people's suggestions??

David - I would like to suggest either your infamous interior cleaning mad skilz :pray1: as a topic or possibly some tips/pointers on how to use a steamer for various interior cleaning tasks. Just my 2 cents..

You are the only person I have read about that uses a toothbrush for most of an interior.. hands down winner of the dental award!

We all know the discussion will devolve into a conversation about booze and loose women anyway....



...but I do think pulling in "special guests" is a good idea as long as it is done in an organized and well thought-out fashion.
 
We can do like a 30 minute time limit(or longer) and open up a dedicated room for people that want to partake in on the specific discussion. That way it could keep things on track and the people that aren't interested can go into the general chat area.
 
Got a few moments to spare this evening for the 8:00 pm est Chatroom ? Come introduce yourself and share your plans for the new year. I will try and help keep things on topic. :). Meet some new members and a few older ones while you are there.
 
Great turnout in the Chatroom tonight. Thanks go out to all the new faces and regulars that stopped by. About a hr. and 45 mins of discussion about coatings and their place in todays market. Trying to line up a few guest speakers for the coming weeks. If there is a topic that you think would be interesting or a guest speaker you would like to hear from please tell Ben or David or one of the mods to see if it can be done. Thanks agin for the input guys.

We'll work on a dedicated group of topics as well as some guest speakeers too. I'd love to hear some suggestions.
