The owner of this M3 traveled about a hour and a half (one way) to bring me this gorgeous car for some TLC.

First up are some pictures as the car arrived, pretty typical for a 'Jet Black' BMW that is a few years old.

Then the vehicle underwent a thorough, safe cleaning and decontamination.

Wheels were treated to 1Z Colourtec Wheel Cleaner

Entire vehicle was foamed with Iron-X Snow Soap and washed via two bucket method and Microfiber Madness Incredimitt

Then the exterior received Iron-X to help remove any left over metal contaminates bonded to any surface on the vehicle.

While this product is very easy to see working on light color cars, it can be challenging to see it on a dark color vehicle. Bellow you can see after some rinsing of the paint Iron-X was doing its job!

Then any left over surface contaminates were removed with the Nanoskin pad.

Vehicle was dried with Microfiber Madness Dry Me Crazy towels.

The vehicle was reinspected for any issues that may not have been noticeable previously. The hood vents had tons of left over compound/polish/wax residue.

So they were safely removed using the right tools and cleaned appropriately.

Then the paint was measured to ensure a proper polishing surface.

OK, now the M3 is ready to get the real work done. Here is a test spot 50/50, left is uncorrected and right is after. Paint was compounded with HD Adapt on a microfiber pad, then polished with HD Polish on a black LC pad via Rupes machines.
