2010 Black Dodge Ram 3500 Dually Swirl Mark Removal and Interior - Garry Dean - Tampa, FL - Premium Custom Detailing

Garry Dean

Garry Dean Quality!
This Ram was my first job when I returned from SEMA. It was a huge job, but thats how I like em.

I started by using my own Auto Spa Maintenance Shampoo and followed that with the Ultima Elastrofoam Paint Cleaning System.

I had messed around with the new Optimum Polish 2 a few times before this detail, but I never gave it an opportunity to handle a complete polishing job. I must say that I am impressed with the cut, finish, and long working time it provides. It was a real joy to use.

I pretty much used my own products on this one from my new line. The interior also needed some TLC. It was cleaned, dressed, and protected using all of my interior products.

I hope you all enjoy this video!

Thanks for watching!

Nice job Garry. When you polished the chrome bumpers did you do it by hand?

I have an 09 Ram and it takes some time to polish the chrome. I'm thinking of doing it with my DA next time

I really like your handiwork especially with the camera as well as the polisher. You sure can whip that thing around deftly (pointing it in the right direction, etc).

It was also a showcase advertisement for your own brand in a market where there are many competitors. Do you plan to sell primarily local or are you going to make an internet presence?

The truck looks very good! Is the first step interior product a cleaner and conditioner or just a cleaner? I heard you had a UV topping is the conditioner in it?
Again nice work the products look great!

Great job Gary. A lot of work. How long did it take?

Thanks! Just over 9 hours.

Yes, by hand. They weren't bad so it was just wipe on, rub a little, and wipe off.

Thanks. I will be marketing online as well as locally. It started as a way to better serve my customers when I stopped doing maintenance washes about 7 months ago, but I have had tremendous interest in shipping it so I figured go big or go home. Launch and availability is set for Dec.1st.

what a great turnaround..i would love to give my car to get that great shine!!!

You do enough reading, you should be able to produce some fantastic results! Thanks bro!

I have a dedicated "cleaner" product in my line that I use first. The conditioner is the final step after the surface is clean. Yes my conditioner and my dressing have very powerful Uv proctectant in them.

Thanks bro!

Gary, adding extra value not requested by the stakeholder is what they call in the project management world, "gold plating". Adding the extra polish step for the customer is a nice gesture. I hope it didn't reduce your bottom line.

Seriously though, nice work! That is a huge truck with a ton of sheet metal to cover. Well done.
