2009 Porsche Carrera S. Owner recently picked up this CPO car and wasn't particularly happy with how the paint looked even though the dealer had "detailed" it. Just looked kind of flat and he figured they probably don't use the best wax either.

1982 Chevrolet Corvette. Last of the C3's, 205 hp (
) cross-fire injection 350. Only 58,000 miles on it, been in storage the last 10 years. Current owner recently purchased it and after getting it running again, wanted to bring some life back to the paint. Surprised to find it had a clear coat finish, but sadly, both end caps had clear coat failure and will need repainting. There was some crazing (cracking) of the paint on the sides but overall, for 32 year old GM paint, it wasn't at all bad.
