2009 Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 by DJ Mayo of Reflections Detailing

The owner of this vehicle contacted me through here and immediately I could tell his passion for cars. After numerous PM's and several weeks, our schedules finally permitted and the day came. This client also mentioned he wanted me to set him up on a bi-weekly maintenance plan to keep the vehicle looking top notch year round. For the initial detailing, I needed the car to come to me so I could get all the polishing and everything protected from the start to make the maintaining side easier. He drove the 45minutes down to Eric's (Howareb) shop and spent the next 6 hours being prepped.

Upon arrival I did a thorough inspection of the car and noticed some slight holograms from the dealers attempt to prep the car on delivery. The car only had 300 miles at the time.

I attempted to use Menzerna 106FA with the soft LC Green pad and that worked perfectly to remove the holograms and slight swirls and took the gloss level up a few notches.

A few marks on the clear bra that were removed

Missing the gloss that is needed for such a machine

Went ONR and 2 bucket method on the paint. Used Chemical Guys Diablo Wheel Gel on the wheels, and Meguiar's All Purpose Cleaner Plus on the tires and wheel wells all with the pressure washer.

After all the paint was polished and the interior was protected, I used Chemical Guys EZ Creme Glaze to further clean and enhance the paint and prep for Blackfire Wet Diamond Sealant. The wheels were sealed using Opti-Seal.

I love the color paired with Menzerna finishing polishes.

560HP tucked away nicely. With the AWD this car can take you 0-60 in 3 seconds while doing 0-125 in under 12 seconds.

You gotta love the interior..

I then moved the car to another spot and snapped a few more before the client left

Thank you for taking time to view my work...

whoaa that looks incredible! Your work is always stunning.

if you don’t mind me asking, what camera are you using? Those pictures are awesome.

You really kicked that up a few notches DJ. I'm glad the owner found you to take care of that beast and keep it looking its best.

The EZ Creme was applied with a Black LC 5.5 pad on the PC at speed 6.

Thank you everyone, I see the car every two weeks so we can keep it in proper condition.

Car looks great DJ! Nice work!

I've been using the GC EZ-Creme Glaze ever since you mentioned it to me! :)

Going to try out the Vertua-Bond 408 this week too. ;)

And what are your thoughts on it?

I think it's great! Leaves the paint nice and slick and it's just so easy to use! I've never been a fan of using IPA to prep the surface for a wax or sealant and choose to use pre-wax cleaners instead.

Sorry I didn't call you back last night....this '36 Ford is becoming very time consuming. :(
