This was requested as an exterior detail, clay and one-step/mild polishing (so not a full correction job). Finished it with OS
I wanted to put this picture up first. I think it is very telling of what even a minor polishing job can do to bring out the clarity in the paint. (Front half not polished, back half polished)
Now, a few befores:
Claying wasn't too bad. The worst area was the rear tailgate, as I've noticed is the case with most pickup trucks. Otherwise, it had the usual areas of road grime behind the wheels.
After some polishing, a lot of the swirling was removed.
I have no idea what that black mark is on the right side of the picture.
Wheels cleaned up nicely and received a coat of sealant on the faces to help protect them.
