2008 Corvette C6 track vehicle/tire shredder recieves a face lift.

Here is a recent job I completed last Friday on a Corvette owners rare and very custom Victory Red 08 C6 Corvette. This vette is track driven with a bored and stroked over LT3, that rumbled like no other.....The owner had tried himself to correct the extensive "RDS's" random deep scratches and excessive fine hairline swirls in the paintwork, but was not able to with a D/A only. He explained to me his method of washing, which has definately induced scratches. There were also signs of dirt or debris on the vehicle or pad when the owner polished which left hard circular scratches as well.

I must say that this cars paint came to life when were were finished, the owner commented that it looked better than the day he purchased it!

Here are some of the pics I took, as you can see from the first one, I pressure washed a whole lot of shredded rubber from the wheel wells..

Here is what I blasted out of the rear wheel wells, the last set of tires

I said to my son, why do we have the 390 FE in our 53 F100, other than the fact that it is a Ford in a Ford, that Chevy motor would tear it up!

Great work... I like the video. More people need to use videos to show process shots like that. Very helpful.
