2007 Black Charger SRT 8- Acid Rain?

I am working on a clients 2007 Charger SRT 8 Hemi that has 728 miles on it. On the flat surfaces, hood, roof, trunk lid, there are spots that will not come off. I used two stages of Menzerna with some improvement but not complete correction. Any suggestions? Wetsand? Customer is taking it to a car show in July so perfection is the goal. rest of the car looks brand new. Pics really didn't show the spots well enough.

Thanks for the input. After a little research I am concerned that it is deep into the clear and even wetsanding might not touch it. I definitely don't want to go through the clear to remove the spots. I think I will polish the best I can and leave it at that.
