2007 Audi RS4 in Misano Red

Just a one step with Megs MFCP/D300. As you can see it finished out nicely.

Sealant was something I am testing.

The client was kind enough to leave this writeup on my forum.

Thanks to Scott for the referral!

I got in touch with Bryan through a referral. I opted for his Stage I Detail minus a few parts which I had already attended too.

Bryan arrived 15-20 mins early and did a complete evaluation of the paint on the RS4, including the high-speed paint depth gauge which a friend of mine found to be amazing (he doesn't get out much). From there the detail went with ease. There were a few minor markings/scuffs/spider-webbing, of which 95% were removed. The color has a very noticeable depth and richness to it now. I was honestly shocked at the bumpers and how much color returned immediately; there was an apparent dullness I'd never known was there!!

Anyway, onto the photos -

With so few Misano Red RS4's in the United States (1 of 99 shown here, total imported for 07/08 production runs to US), I have been leery of employing the services of a detailer without exceptional qualifications. Bryan exceeded every one of my expectations while providing a truly amazing finish. His keen attention to the smallest detail is amazing, then follow that with his precision skills and you have a quite powerful individual!

Thanks again Bryan!!

Here is the review the client was kind enough to leave me on my google place:

Bryan arrived about 15-20 mins early and proceeded to evaluate the paint on my RS4 using industry standard equipment. From there he proceeded to exceed every industry standard. He is quite knowledgeable and professional, attending to the smallest detail with exacting care and precision. That is a key trait in a true professional detailer; Bryan exemplifies this. After 6-7 hours he completed the Misano Red detail which resulted in a markedly deeper, richer and more even color. The bumpers blazed into color going from an un-noticeable dullness to vibrant in what seemed to be moments. The car has a truly amazing wet look now that I expect will last for several months now! Highly recommended to those who care about their vehicles appearance. Bryan is not the most inexpensive detailer, but he is the best. And the best is worth that extra with results like this. Simple as that.

Did a quick video and finally got it together

nice job bryan :up what size pad(s) are you using with the megs DA system? hope life is treating you well...

Saw the post made by the owner in the detailing forum I moderate. We may not always have seen eye to eye over the years, Bryan, but I do trust your detailing skills and glad you were able to take care of his RS4. He is really happy with your work. :)

Scott, Thank you again! Glad that I could get him taken care of.

Just awesome, Bryan! Nice of the owner to take the time to share his happiness, as well.

Boy oh boy oh boy do I love that car. Thank goodness they never offered it in Avant trim on this side of the pond....I'd be in debt with the bank and in trouble with my wife. And I'd probably have points on my driving record. But I digress. Thanks for sharing this one!

Great work Bryan! How was the paint to work on using the MF pads?

Thanks Chad! For how hard the audi paint is, I was still able to get a good cut to remove all except for the deepest defects. I was most impressed with how the combo finished.

Jerry, Great to hear from you! Yes, a RS4 Avant would be very nice.

What are the differences between the 5" and 6" pads?

Dan, As with most pads, the 5" will give you more cutting power, while the 6" will cover a larger area.
