Had a customer contact me about cleaning up his IS250. He purchased the vehicle new 2 years ago and has not had a quality detail since. Although it looked good from 10ft away, when you got up close, the lack of care showed! I couldnt stress enough the importance of claying a vehicle more than 1x in just over 2 years. I spent just over an hour w/ the clay alone.
As some of you know, silver is a tough color to capture, but this really turned out great. Unfortunately, the before/after, up-close shots of the claying didnt turn out
Anyway, ......
All foamed up, ready to go :woot:
yes it NEEDED to be clayed! The hood/roof/trunk had some typical fallout. The sides really needed it. A lot of debris that was kicked up, stuck. And of course, the rear bumper/trunk had it pretty bad in part due to the aftermarket exhaust.
Exhaust:
before
after:
Trim Before/During/After.
Dirt it was pulling off:
Optimum Tire Gel on tires
some misc afters
