Phew. First hired job. I really need to work on my speed. Unfortunately, since I was still sorting out some techniques and pressed for time, I wasn't able to take a good collection of WIP pictures.
This detail took 23 hours. Much faster than my very first 33 hour detail. Just did a Lincoln navigator today, one pass with polish, in 12 hours. So I'm doing better...but could still use some improvement. I think they only way I'm going to get significantly faster is if I can graduate to a rotary buffer.

It was fun to get my friend's car looking beautiful. It always had so many swirls, it hurt.
Mixture of my shots and said friend's shots. I officially suck at taking before and after spots into the light. Any tips pros? All of my shots came out focused on the wrong damn stuff, even though they looked fine through the viewfinder.
I love foam. Foamy foamy foam.
Half of the car - Passenger side.
Driver's side door. The hell?
My fat *** at work.

I can has Swissvax? I can! I can't wait till I have enough money to upgrade to Concourso or Mystery.
C&C welcome, though be kind, I'm fluffy. Yes, I know I'm using a lot of Griot's stuff. I'm phasing almost all of it out.
PS.
What the hell do you guys use for tree sap...all over a car. That Lincoln Navigator had sap so bad it was causing my clay to smear all over the paint. Luckily my polish cut right through it with no fouling...
