2005 Nissan 350Z-35th Anniversery

This is a detail I did this past weekend on a Silverstone 2005 Nissan 350Z 35th Anniversery. The client only wanted a one step correction. The car was heavily contaminated and hadn't been clay in a long time. I was also able to remove a nasty ink stain on the driver's seat.



Process:



Foam via foam gun with Mothers Soap

Wash via 2 bucket method and Poorboys Super Slick and Suds

Wheels cleaned with Meguiars All Wheel Cleaner

Tires cleaned with Amazing Roll Off 1:1

Clay with Meguiars Clay

Polish via Porter Cable 7424xp via Meguiars 9007 pad and 1Z Metallic Polish

LSP=1Z Glanz Wax

Wheels polished with Duragloss 501 and sealed with Zaino CS

Carpets cleaned with Zep Carpet Cleaner

Interior cleaned with Woolite and Water

Interior dressed with 1Z Tiefenpfleger and Meguiars #40

Leather dressed with Meguiars Leather

Tires dressed with Meguiars Enduarnce

Glass cleaned with Zep Glass



I just did a basic wipe down on the engine and dressed with 303.

Looks great Pat! Did I miss your method for removing the ink from the leather? Is the 35th edition more of an appearance package or are there any performance mods?

I really got lucky with the ink stain. I wasn't even going to mess with it but I used a leather cleaner and a soft toothbrush. The stain came out with a little bit of rubbing.



The 35th Anny has the 300 hp motor and Brembro brake package. It's nice
