2005 Mercedes ML500. Hadn't heard from this customer in a while, found out why when I got there this morning. Early last summer he was at a gun store purchasing some targets at the same time an employee was in the back room cleaning a .40 caliber handgun he hadn't properly checked. Yes, you guessed it, a round in the chamber. Gun went off, the bullet went through the wall and right to left through his abdomen, breaking a couple ribs and passing through his esophagus, liver and stomach and stopping in his spleen. He was in a coma for 16 days, followed by several more weeks in the hospital. Twice early on after the shooting, his heart stopped twice but they were able to revive him. Seems to be fully recovered, I wouldn't have known if he hadn't said anything. He was left with a really long abdominal scar and a bullet hole scar. Gun shop was under-insured, of course. My customer has pretty good insurance but he's still obviously going after the gun store.
Anyway, as usual, the ML500, which I've been taking care of since new, was in really good condition overall. Just needed a bit of extra polishing since it has been going to the car wash instead of being hand washed at home.

2012 BMW X5 5.0. Owner just purchased this certified BMW but wanted it properly cleaned up. It didn't look horrible, no rotary swirls or anything like that but the paint looked flat, no real depth to it. Couple areas that looked like scratches but were transfers of some sort that came out pretty easily, did have some bird bomb etching in a couple areas that are too deep to remove.
