This car took me two days to complete. I usually can do one in about 8hrs tops, but this one had some random isolated deep swirls the customer wanted gone...
The car came out real good...
The car is for sale. $34,000
It's a 2005 6-speed Z51 with NAV, 14031 miles...

Process:

BF Wet Diamond PC Black pad
Meguiars Leather Cleaner/Conditioner
DG265 on trim
DG101 on Wheel and exhaust tips

On tap for Monday... :drool5:
This one will need some spot correction (light wet-sanding), and buff out some RIDS
Engine bay needs some touch-ups and a QD. Need to have it ready for Vettes On The Rockies Car Show in two weeks, along with another 56 LS6 powered black and white Corvette I'll be doing for the same show, hopefully this coming week as well

Thanks for looking...

Your detail on the C6 is impressive, but that Mid-Year with the LS1 is INSANE! I'm still drooling!

You better be careful or you'll turn into me!:)

(I'm doing a yellow '66 big block this week also.:D)

Thank you Bill!

Believe it or not, and this is honest to God true...
When I first saw that red vette, the first thing that came into my mind was you, man :D
I've seen you do quite a few of those, and I clear remembered the last one you did...
I've got a 56 vette that I think blows this one out of the water. Can't wait to detail it, and I will post pics later on this week...hopefully!

Yeah, there's just something about doing an old Vette that gets my blood pumpin'!!!!!

By the time I was about done withis Vette, I opened up the hood to clean the compound off the seals, edges and what not, and what I saw wasn't pretty! :w00t:

First, I blew off all the dirt and dust. Then, I removed the fuel line covers, the air filter housing and everything that could come off, I removed
I use Simple Green )Automotive version) 1:1 a little brush, worked all the crevices, wipe down and dry, then sprayed some Meguiars Trim Treatment, DG265, hand cleaned and conditioned all the rubber trim with 1Z Einszett Vinyl Rubber Care Tiefenpfleger
