2005 BLACK 350Z (not 56k friendly)

Hey everyone,



I would like to share this detail with everyone here on the forums. This car was detailed yesterday after work. As the title states it is a 2005 BLACK 350Z that belongs to a friend and co-worker. It is about 8 months old and in very good condition. I only needed to clay the hood, roof, and rear deck. Here is my process and some pics.



wash- gold class wash

clay- detailer line mild clay w/ 50/50 last touch as lube

polish- 80 speed glaze w/8006 pad and pc set to 5

polish- 81 professional hand polish w/ 9006 pad and pc set to 3

wax- nxt tech wax

tires- hot shine tire spray

outside trim- detailer line trim dressing

no interior work was done becuase it was and is always kept in perfect condition

hey scottwax,

that is a great pic, but that pic was without any lsp. that was after 80 and 81.

this pic has nxt on it and i think the depth is better , i could be wrong .

thanks for all of the kind words. My friends jaw almost broke when it hit the pavement after we took off the nxt . He was really pleased with the end results especially when we took it to the small beach in my town then it would really turn heads.

thanks for all the nice things everyone has said . But i have to complain here just a bit. I am sorry for the possible bad photos. its a 3.2 megapixel camera that is 4 years old so it is a little out dated with no real manual adjustment. I can't spend money on a new/better one because of two small children in the house,so for all those complaining about picture quality if you feel your camera is better than mine by all means send it to me and I will take the required pics of the next job post them and then send you back your camera .
