i tried with mothers metal polish...the dirt on it wouldnt budge..any suggestions?

Busch metal polish will clean that right off with no effort. Other option would be Autosol, but Busch is less abbrasive. Nice detail.

I don't know why the exhaust tip on the IS's gets so nasty but they do and they aren't easy to clean up either.
