Great detail and really cool organized detail supply setup. Quite professional!

Do you have a Mac or iPod attached to those Altec speakers?

AIO followed by Platinum:xyxthumbs

That's a combo I've been using and loving for quite a while now, the ultimate being when I had AIO and a few coats of SG on our old black Avalanche, then got Platinum and added 14 coats--needless to say, the look was simply AMAZING!

Platinum is great, in that it has the durability of a polymer, but the warmer look of a carnauba.

Using this currently on our new white Suburban, but the results aren't as stunning. Trying FMJ and the rest of the Menzerna system this summer.:D

Nice detail on the TL. That silver really looks great. And your Garage-Tek(??) setup is excellent. Nice job!

Gorgeous work on the TL the paint is glowing in the pics.

Killer setup in the garage too, great organization. I love the Harley Davidson air dryer (which works great for the price) and the mp3 setup. I thought I was the only person who spent enough time in the garage to put an audio setup there.

Thanks for all the compliments all!

SilverLexus : Right now, that's an iPod hooked up to cradle/charger to the Altec's. Although not pictured, I have a NaviPod that allows remote control which is very cool when detailing. I plan on getting a small amplifier and an XM tuner to go along with it soon.

Beach15: 14 coats:shocked At one point I was going to try FMJ (still might as I hear such good things about it) but the price is kinda high. The wife doesn't understand why I need more when I have so many half used bottles. :D

TnM6i: yes, it's a GarageTek setup. Being able to move shelves and cabinets anywhere on the walls in seconds is just too much fun.

MS22: yeah, the Harley dryer is very handy. I don't typically use a leaf blower since sheeting takes care of most of the drying. I just hit the typical spots (door jambs, side mirrors, grills, etc..) with the Harley dryer. Works well enough.

You can send me those half used bottles. I need some supplies. :)

Those are some cool bottles pictured (lower shelf) with the little spiguts. Where did you get them (and your other plain plastic spray/bottles)?

Thanks

in the first picture where the sun is hitting the bumper, it looks awesome. i love AIO + UPP on metallics! :woot: nice TL! and nice garage setup!

Thanks again all for the compliments... I'm starting to think you guys like the garage setup more than the detail. :p

hadboosttroy: the dryer is called 'Cycle Dryer' and you can find it at Garage-Toys.com. Not the most powerful unit in the world but does the job for what I use it for and it's only $40

Buick_guy1: I'll put you on the list. :D Right now, I'm giving them away to my buddies who've been learning from me and are starting to do their own cars.

pigeonbus: I got those from U.S. Plastics. Hopefully they still have them. Make sure you get Viton sprayers for the really harsh stuff.

hirosh: thanks! Can't go wrong with that combo. I'm really liking UPP, even on darks. I just put VM underneath instead of AIO for darks. Jury's still out on durability though.
