Pollen season is finally over, so I decided to give the Tahoe a quick once-over.

It was polished out this spring, so I didn't have to bust out the buffer.

Process Used:

Wash: Z7

Dry: Z6-Z8 mix to QD

Paint: CS & Z8

Tires & Wells Z16.

Wheels, Flares, Boards, Trim, Glass: CS

Time Consumed: 1hr and 45min.

Thanks for the compliments guys.

CS has worked wonders on the hard plastic pieces -especially the flares.

I used to despise cleaning my wheel flares, but CS has proven to be very durable, and for the most part maintenance free.

Very nice looking finish. :)

I wish I could just toss an LSP on my 626 and make it look like that. 4 months since any polish/waxing and 4 months of nearly constant rain and 3 washes during that time has taken its toll. :(

Look great John. I wish my wife's black Z71 Suburban looked that good. What did you use on the nerf/step bars?

The step bar, pad, and lower trim pieces were all treated with CS.

In early spring the bar was polished with ZAIO by hand.

Scottwax: It sounds like Texas has had an unusually wet spring/summer this year. Send some of that rain up here :)

:thx

Nothing you use can get 4 months durabilty Scott?

My paint is still beading (Carnauba Moose, #16 and OCW all applied a week and a wash apart in early March) but it definitely needs some polishing now.
