2003 Navigator: Erich's Auto Detailing

Started with a pretty trashed Navigator. Inside wasn't too bad but the outside was in desperate need of paint correction. Tons of scratches and swirls, I knew right away I would be in for quite a long day. The owner wasn't looking for 100% correction, just for it to be cleaned up a bit. I did manage to get around 70-80% correction with just a DA. This was my first full detail using the Poorboys polishes, and I was VERY impressed with them.

I wanted to...but ran out of time. You've got me hooked on the red now though.. The Accord is popping with shine, well the spots that have clear left anyways haha:lol2:

Nice job and black is a real hard color to get right...only thing that I would suggest is get a good water based dressing for the wheel wells, it will make the whole car look a lot better

The blue was a better first choice for the black Navigator.

My own preferance for black is
blue
blue red red.....

But that's how I earned my title.

Looks good for SSR2 - Steve's product are awesome!!!

Question - Why PP by hand - You would have spent a lot less time by using a machine.

I wanted to use the PP by machine but I didn't have any clean finishing pads, and I didn't know how it would finish with a white pad since it was my first time using it so I jsut went by hand. Next time by machine for sure though!
