Next stage was a finishing pad on the metabo and Meguiars Speed Glaze, worked at 600rpm. This was then topped with the PC, a finishing Pad and XMT finishing glaze.
Whlst the glaze cured, I applied Poli-Seal to the alloys and de-taped the car. The runner baords had the use of some Megs NXT Metal Polish.
Wiped the XMT away and applied COllinite 845IW by foam pad. Whilst this cured, alloys wiped clear, Megs Endurance Gel on the tyres and Stoners invisible Glass on all exterior Glass.
The Collinite was wiped clear, and the car given a spritz of Pinnacle Crystal Mist. Wheel arches sprayed lightly with diluted Poorboys Bold n Bright, same for all the plastic work before I went round checking all door shuts for dust etc.
And, 12 hours later, and in the very very dark Feb night, here are the afters:
A truely long day, and a very rewarding result for me.
