2003 bmw 745li

Hey guys have anyone ever owned this type of cars? i set an eye on 03 745li with 112 k miles. I have connections with parts and services for the vehicle. Always wanted to get one and here the time came :rockon1: :tongue2: :dance: how is the gas on this things? Even though am not too concerned about gas just wanted to know how much it eats lets say for a gallon? real life because the magazines are off. i drove this car and its soooo comfortable

Personally there pieces of **** I think. The trannys suck. I have seen more of these with electrical nightmares then anything. Kinda reminds me of a modern day Jag as far as electrical issues. However they do ride nice and I love the Big Body style cars.

Hey Barry! Yeah i heard they break but the worse year was the year they just came out on the road in 2002. My cousin which has a service BMW shop and he is also a BMW mechanic told me that. But i don't know much because i heave not owned one. Yeah i just love the smooth and big ride

I am a BMW fan, but I would never risk a 750iL without a warranty. They are expensive to repair and are in the shop a lot. Even BMWCCA (BMW Car Club of America) experts warn against them.
