Well, I had this car from Monday night until wednesday night. I worked on it 3 nights after work. The exterior wasn't too bad, but the marring was deep. The owner still uses a leather chamois to dry it. I'm going to try to get him to get some nice WWMF's.

Process:

Exterior:

Nxt wash

Claymagic clay/lube

EC/OP via orange LC pad 1500 - not enough

EC/OP via LC yellow pad 1500-1900 - much better

FMJ x 2 by hand

Wheels - Megs WB with Megs spoke brush then washed with a MF and soap and water

Tires/fenders - EO A2Z and srcubbed. Dressed with Megs Nxt tech protectant

Interior:

Vacuum

Clean everything with water/woolite mixture

Shampoo mats with LGCM

Protect with 3030 Aerospace

Glass got Stoners IG

Engine:

Wipe down with damp MF

Dress with Megs tech protectant

Very quick job(~10-15mins) on the engine bay, so it's not perfect. Client only wanted it wiped quick. No befores of engine.

After Sorry the lighting is different. I moved the lights around since my garage is not very big.

There is still some marring left from the deeper scratches. I didn't feel safe trying to remove everything since the owner plans on keep this car until "the wheels fall off." I figured if a yellow padwith EC/OP at 1900 didn't touch it then it was going to stay.

After It was night when I finished so yes the lighting is different. I only had my halogens.

Thomas I actually scrubbed the pedals with a toothbrush and water/woolite. They didn't come out perrfect but much better than before. ;-)

Questions/comments/advice?

Looks really nice in the afters! Real good before and after light shots too. :)

How did you go straight from a cutting pad to FMJ? No holograms or hazing?

EC/OP with cutting pad and rotary straight to LSP!? Like the others have said How the !@# LOL You must be a rotary god! I get Halograms with that combo easily but clear them up with FPII.

Scott, Lightman, and Chris: what you see is what I had left from the EC/OP. I didn't feel the need to finish out with anything else. It looked great. The paint was very hard for a Beemer. That's all I could think of to explain it.

Thomas next time the pedals will be even better!

Thanks for the compliments everyone.
