2002 Maxima -- 30K mile cleanup

You didn't think I would try this did you?



After successfully marring my finish or just putting streaks through the wax. I hired an autopian to cleanup the outside of my car. He just started so pictures will come later.



He's using a three stage wash by Valugard that will remove all the wax from the car.

From there he's going to use a rotary to polish the finish and remove any hazing or swirls still in the paint. Lastly a wax...but it started raining so that may come tomorrow.

Well, the three stage wash is done and it looks like that took care of about 90% of the problems. Just some very light swirls on the hood now and the hazing is non-existant.



I had tried a dawn wash on a few areas weeks earlier but it didn't do a thing. :nixweiss He's using the rotary now. Pics to come soon.

This was done in Raleigh, NC by Auto Appearances Inc. Paul did a great job and got caught up in a passing storm that we were sure would blow over. The pictures don't do it justice because it is still overcast outside but you can see how well the paint reflects the colors of the cars and jetski.

The wash is worth it. It removed 90% of the problems in my paint....which was mainly due to overlapping products. Paul is going to email me a list of the products he used on the car so I will post when I get them.
