After w/

Edge yellow wool/M105/Flex 3403 1500-1700 x3-4

Propel P2/ABC green 6.5" foam pad/UF/1700

Both front fenders looked like this after the motor was replaced:

Edge yellow wool/M105/Flex 3403 1500-1700 x4

Propel P2/ABC green 6.5" foam pad/UF/1700

The remainder of the paint got polished in the same manner.

The fascia? area right above the tips was just about solid black, from a pig rich tune in the past. I can't believe I did not get a before pic. Anyway I think I used "just a bit" of ZAIO to get it clean. The spots above each tip are hot spots and will not come out. The yellow Z06 exhause plate was cleaned with ZAIO as well.

The tips got cleaned w/ some metal polish that I found on the shelf at the shop since I did not bring my blue magic with me. I then followed that up with deep finish chrome.

Wheels got ZAIO and tires got Z-16.

Car was foamed again with 3 oz of Z7 and the rest of the 32oz bottle with water to remove the polishing oils.

Dried with pakshak WW MFs.

I applied 3x of the following:

80% Z5pro, 20% Z2pro, 2 shots of Z8 and 4-5 drops of ZFX. Total mixed 1/2oz.

1x of Z8.

Interior:

Vac

IZ CP wipedown

Z9/10 on Leather

IG on glass

Awesome job Bryan and sweet looking Z

Gotta love rock hard Corvette clearcoat!

The car looks fantastic for having 56K miles on it. Thanks to you!

Nice work.

That is one sick machine!

Your work on it is flawless, amazing to say the least!

That yellow sure does glow nice with the Zaino on it in the setting sun.

I think it is a tow hook for road course racing.

That is correct.

Is that a presale detail? I'm sure he wont have much trouble unloading that one. :D

Wade, After the detail, he is not sure if he wants to sell it or not. :)

Actually he is thinking of keeping it. :woohoo:

:bow

Hmmm, something familiar about that ride.

Maybe with the reduced the air resistance, Woosh can finally keep up with my ES. ;)

Thanks Lee! I think it would need a blower to keep up with the ES beast. :)

Great work Bryan. After seeing your work I have no doubt that he will end up keeping it :)

Thanks Pat! Either that or I will have to do the same job on the new one he might get. :xyxthumbs

It makes me cringe to think of the hours and hours that you had to put into that car to get it so perfect. It looks fabulous.

Great job on that vette!!

Don't you hate when the tune is so rich it almost ruins the back end? I know its safer that way, but on that car I'd expect nothing less than perfect.

I did a red SSR like that. He ran race gas in it too......what a mess.

again...great job.

I think the whole rear of the car was just about solid black at one time.
