ok here's the pics of my dad's lx470 i did. here on vacation so good little project

some early clearcoat failure on the hood (posted earlier) but seems to hide pretty well under certain conditions



i'm gone till wed night, so i'll be back to answer questions if any. hope for lots of good responses in the meantime

Very wet and glossy. CC failure on a 2000 Lexus? Wow, what garbage Toyota puts on their 60k SUV's. Car turned out very well.

Your dad should contact Lexus. There is a service campaign for that color LX470, the paint fails prematurely. They will pay to repaint it.

thanks for the compliments, tried my best to fix the hood before i realized i couldn't...special thanks about the tip on the service campaign. will defiently follow up on that...
